Potentiating health through Integrative & Functional Medicine
When you help, you see life as weak,
When you fix, you see life as broken,
When you serve, you see life as whole.
Fixing and helping may be the work of the ego,
and service the work of the soul.

Core Values

  • Warmth- joy in sharing knowledge, in inspiring motivation, in shared successes through the therapeutic relationship

  • Thoughtfulness- Careful consideration of you, your circumstances and your treatment options

  • Integrity- focus on serving the uniqueness of the individual, building trust with each patient, and committing to finding solutions which serve the goals of each patient; all while refusing to compromise the highest of ethical values.

  • Transparency- making it easy to understand your condition and treatment, and to know what you pay for

  • Pluralism- many healthcare modalities are used to provide a 360 degree view of diagnosis and treatment

  • Humility- a prerequisite for all service, and essential to truly listening

What is Integrative Medicine?

Integrative Medicine is the enhancement of conventional medical care with complementary modalities. These modalities include both ancient health care systems like Ayurveda and modern systems like Functional Medicine.  These systems seek to find the underlying cause of disease, which if left uncorrected, manifest as symptoms and disease.  A prominent feature of both, is nutritional and lifestyle balance as a primary approach to all diseases.

I have an inquisitive mind and a broad outlook. I seek to connect the dots as I take each individual as a whole, elucidating step by step the factors that contribute to disease. I look beyond the name of the diagnosis to the root of the imbalance and address it using the best fit of medical and complementary modalities. My aim is to collaborate with my patient to harness their body’s own intelligence to bring about optimal restoration that is as unique as their individual situation, body, mind and spirit.

Join me on the journey to balanced health and revitalization today.
